White Robe Graduates Performing in Australia

It's been a fantastic past week of racing over in Victoria for White Robe Lodge.

Necessitas (Zacinto - Of The Essence) trained by Ellerton Zhara Racing won at Cranbourne on Saturday over 2080m.    The 4yo mare was part of our 2017 Karaka draft, selling for $77,500.  It was the second win in just 12 starts, bringing her stakes winnings to over $75,000.

The second running of the Jericho Cup at Warrnambool over the 4600m saw ex White Robe stayer, Ablaze (Raise the Flag - Alight) take out the race, in the hands of Johnny Allan. After being set for this race by new trainers, Ciaron Maher & David Eustace at Ballarat, Ablaze won the race convincingly outstaying the rest of the field.    Golden Flag (Raise the Flag - Personal Column) ran second in the race to make it a White Robe bred quinella. These horses are 3/4 brothers which is quite unique in itself.    Golden Flag is trained by Patrick Ryan at Warrambool.    It is always great to see horses bred and raced by us, go on and do well and gives us a great thrill.
